Thanks, Stephanie! Our long-term plan for this training, aside from improving skills for our management team and developing high-potential staff, is to take our investment in management development and provide training opportunities for other, small libraries in our region. We're working with a great facilitator, and our steering committee for the process has done a fantastic job making sure we communicate with all staff in lots of different ways about the process.
